Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have been using Miro to coach OKR Setting sessions and in prioritization workshops.
  • Provides a lot of templates to start.
  • Has many online help & training tools.
  • Provides a great way of presenting in a PPT type format, but that can then move to collaboration mode.
  • I haven't found a way to easily grab a selection of stickies with a lasso and then move to a different frame.
  • I believe it was adopted by an entire department or company is critical to any ROI.
I have only used Miro in a remote conferencing scenario using Poly's P15 device. Other people I know have tried to use Miro via mobile phones with less satisfaction.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited for working teams that are somewhat savvy with software or willing to learn. Including people who are not familiar with Miro in a group discussion while video conferencing is not a good idea. They should be somewhat familiar with Miro if you want them to collaborate with you online.
