Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have used Miro as part of some sprint work over lockdown to collaborate with different teams across the policy directorate. We used it to organize and plan workshops in advance and host a number of sessions with different stakeholders. We were looking at how education could be improved and ideas were shared with seniors.
Pros
- Collaboration.
- Working with partners.
- Brainstorming.
Cons
- Accessibility.
- What is public and what is not.
- Sharing ideas.
- Improved productivity.
- Saved ideas so we can return to them and build further.
- Creativity.
We were able to host interactive workshops which were really creative and much more collaborative than I think they could have been in person and we saved a lot of time and energy.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Teams also has a whiteboard, which we were told to explore as an initial step. However, we found it really clunky and it was nowhere near as user-friendly or straightforward as Miro. We also did not know how to save or return to the work afterward which was unhelpful.
