Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is an amazing tool for UX strategy and brainstorming. It's my go-to for site maps, user flows, and user journeys. The more I use it, the more I find ways to use it.

Cons

  • Better onboarding.

I still feel like Miro has a ton of features I don't use.
I don't have Miro integrated with any other tools.
It's made it a lot easier to collaborate on projects, share ideas, and gain consensus.

Yes

Great for independent working trying to organize projects and assets. Also a great tool for collaborative brainstorming and virtual whiteboarding sessions. Especially in a virtual work environment, Miro has become an invaluable tool.
