Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently, our Product + Research and Data Science team uses it to align on projects and features they are working on.

Pros

  • Ease of use when it comes to managing user accounts and licensing.

Cons

  • When it comes to pricing I think it's an area they can improve on.
  • Positive impact on productivity across teams.
  • Pricing is fairly high compared to their closest competitor.
Went off without issue and was easy to deploy to all users.
Worked well when integrating with OKTA.
Improved our ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Almost as good at a better price.
When it comes to whiteboard solutions it's one of the best, but not ideally suited for someone looking for a solution at a competitive price.
