Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is very useful for online teaching. It is very easy to share the link with the class and then every single student has access not only to see the material taught but to also participate directly on the screen. It is also very useful when you put them in group work situations because they can all work directly on Miro at the same time and then they can share their work and explain how they got an answer. It can also be used to make concept maps with younger students. Online teaching was very difficult at first, but having tools like Miro has made it so much easier. Great site, great concept.
  • Group work.
  • Material presentation.
  • Concept map.
  • Copying or pasting post-it’s.
  • The pen option is difficult to use for some people (harder on pc than tablet).
  • It would be useful to have a “let enter” button like zoom so that not everyone with the link can access your presentation.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved comprehension of material to students while online teaching.
Very worth it. It allows to do multiple things and is not just reduced to material presentation. It promotes a healthy learning environment and makes online teaching much easier.
It is very easy to learn how to use for teachers, however, it does take some time to teach students how to use it adequately in order to avoid chaos during group work. However, once they get the hang of it, it is a fantastic tool.
Miro is a wonderful tool that promotes collaboration. As mentioned in my previous comments, it has helped teachers immensely when it comes to student collaboration and group work all while being able to monitor the work of each group.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited, especially for online teaching. Because it is almost like having a whiteboard in class, everything we do during class is saved and students with the link can go back as many times as they’d like to go over the material. When used in a live classroom, not all students have tablets or pcs with them so it is not always ideal to let them cooperate on the platform, since not all of them have access to the link even if the page is displayed on the whiteboard in front of them.
