Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's being used by the Product Management team and UX/UI team. It helps cross-functional teams visualize the complicated business workflows and customer user journeys.
  • Collaboration features - seeing cursors real time and comment/edits real time.
  • Large template library.
  • Pleasing UX/U.
  • More shapes would be helpful to articulate process workflow accurately.
  • Features to help access the font size would be helpful. Sometimes team members use huge fonts that aren't great when you try to export it into presentation mode. It'll be helpful to have preview modes to ensure the work is export/presentation ready.
  • Having a tool tip that explains what each icon represents would be helpful for new users. I often have to guess what each icon means.
  • Improve productivity.
  • Promote virtual collaboration.
  • Promote team alignment.
Not all team members are using Miro. Some have started using Figma which has similar features. For this reason, we haven't rolled it out to all users.
Not sure yet; we haven't tried to integrate it yet. We need alignment on which tool to invest in first as we're also evaluating Figma Jam.
It has helped as we're currently working with distributed teams located in US and Canada. It has helped keep teams aligned as much as possible.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We're still evaluating both. Figma jam is newer and is an extension of Figma, which our UX/UI team likes using.
If you're looking for a digital whiteboard, Miro can get the job done.
