Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allows the team to work remotely on brainstorming, design reviews, ideation, and online collaboration sessions. It has an easy-to-use interface and is much more intuitive than some rival software I used such as LucidChart. We use it in the design team to share, collaborate and collect ideas. It allows the teams to work together live on the latest file all the time.

Pros

  • Online collaboration.
  • Problem solving.
  • Arranging thoughts.
  • Capture ideas.
  • Presenting user journeys.

Cons

  • Purple highlighting to indicate things have changed can be annoying. I'd prefer a quick highlight that disappears after a few seconds.
  • The pre-built diagram options could be more expansive.
  • Wish there was an auto alignment option to quickly space frames and objects.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Project handovers.
  • Showcasing ideas to the exec.
Very straightforward to gain access and share projects.
Very easy to use.
Projects can be shared at the touch of a button.
