Miro is the solution to COVID-workplace
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used for facilitating collaboration between employees and students alike. We use it across departments to make informed decisions and share knowledge and ideas. We have used Miro to prepare presentations, create workflows, and connect diagrams. We have also used it to create a decision-making workshop and LDJs (Light Decision Jam sessions).
Pros
- Diagrams.
- Facilitates workshops.
- Collaboration.
- Frames creation and modification.
- Lightning Decision Jams.
- Templates.
Cons
- Allow more team members rather than just allowing people to view boards.
- Presentation integration with zoom.
- More integrations with online meeting platforms.
- Reduced project completion time.
- Improved productivity.
- Less carbon emissions (no need to be together in person).
Miro has proven effective during the pandemic. A lot of employees and colleagues were physically apart from each other. Actually, a lot of them were outside the country and therefore, such a tool was needed to fill the gap of lack of personal interaction. It works great and I recommend it in such situations.

- Canvas, Slack and Class for Zoom
Miro is on another level. It uses visual interaction with users to make everything easy and understandable. This is how it stands against other competitors that I used. What a wonderful package to use for collaboration and productive sessions. This can return amazing benefits to users during innovation stages and brainstorming.
