Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used mainly by the Agile Center Of Excellence within working groups to manage meetings in a dynamic way. Visual animation is quite effective in this kind of situation. Feature teams are using Miro for designing thinking sessions and for user story maps indeed. QA team is using Miro to manage weekly standing meetings on-site and remotely.
- Graphic representation.
- Dynamic collaboration working simultaneously.
- Manage a lot of information on the same project.
- Quite difficult to move within a map or frames without modifying the whole frame.
- Not so easy to use for new user.
- Open amp can take a while.
- Not possible to reduce project completion time using Miro in the pharma field.
- No traceability.
- Not working well on some internet explorer tools.
During the pandemic time, Miro helps the organization to keep on working remotely.
