Overall Satisfaction with Miro

During Covid, we had to reinvent the way we teach students. With MIRO we were able to create collaboration activities and allow students and professors to interact and exchange knowledge. This was a huge issue because if students can't find a way to collaborate we may well convert it into a MOOC course, with live interaction and collaboration we could improve our students' experience.
  • Online collaboration.
  • Start complete and nice boards in seconds (templates).
  • Onboarding people to your boards.
  • Having multiple accounts on Miro (personal and business) is painful.
  • Templates are good to start, but some of them are misleading.
  • Organization of boards and teams is confusing.
  • Increase student engagement.
  • Decreased time reviewing assignments.
  • Decrease time preparing assignments.
For me (on a single classroom) implementation was straightforward, really easy.
We allow students to exchange ideas and work on their projects using the same board.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
If you need to create a board (any type of board) and multiple people are going to need to modify it at the same time and see their changes in real-time, then use Miro. If you need to keep your personal stuff organized with a business account, stay away from Miro.
