It is being used in project planning sessions and to identify swimlanes in projects. Also used for workshops and kaizens.

  • Saves on travel.
Sometimes logging in may be challenging or buggy.
Easy to create boards and use templates.
Virtual meetings and project breakout, real-time working on a particular document.

Much improved over MS Teams whiteboard.
Great for real-time teamwork, graphic and picture-oriented. Not appropriate for large amounts of text, you may need fast internet.
