Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The creative department uses it to collaborate on new projects. We usually add research, knowns, questions, images, and references on a board so we can all come together during a brainstorming session. We will each have our own section of the board and throw whatever up there so we can all see who is thinking of what.
  • Infinite art board.
  • Easily zoom in and out.
  • Copy and paste.
  • Cannot easily add images from the main toolbars. Maybe you can, but it isn't very intuitive and I get lost every time on how to do it.
  • Cannot embed GIFs.
  • Cannot embed videos.
  • Very helpful when working remotely.
  • Good tool for initial brainstorming to have a hard copy (instead of actual white board).
I'm not quite sure what this question is asking. It is easy to use except I can never easily remember how to add an image to the board and would prefer to be able to add GIFs.
It's easy to add to during brainstorm and is easy to comprehend what is happening if you are watching someone add to it.
Very easy to work remotely with this tool. Very helpful to see everyone's input whenever you need to access it.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I don't particularly want to choose this interface over a Google Slides deck to collect my team's thoughts and images. It's good at the very beginning to see everything at once, but then it will ultimately have to get transferred into some sort of deck to start building a client-facing deliverable.
