Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for brainstorming sessions and running retros. Miro has some nice retro templates.

Pros

  • Retros.
  • Mind mapping.
  • UX research.

Cons

  • Needs better charts including flowcharts.
  • Some features from Lucidchart to create swimlanes, etc. would be useful.
  • Better integration with confluence (show previews, etc.).
  • Improved communication and collaboration.
  • More clarity on requirements for a project.
Integration with Google accounts works well for us.
There is a small learning curve for ppl.
Miro helps us collaborate better so everyone has the complete picture on a project and clarifies all requirements before jumping into a project.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
