Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used in my department. We use it to brainstorm problems and organize meeting minutes. It helps people to stay creative and express themselves. My team likes using it as they are able to collaborate together instead of just one person writing down the notes. It is very helpful.

I do not have any particular insights regarding the implementation of Miro. However, I found that it was very easy to use and it is intuitive, does not take long for people to figure out how to use it, and is very simple. My team members all enjoy using it.
We were able to integrate Miro very easily into our daily meetings because we were already using Microsoft OneNote to write down meeting ideas and notes. However, Miro is more interactive and allowed us to have greater collaboration within our team which made it better suited for us than Microsoft OneNote.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, our team has had to work remotely which makes it hard for us to have meetings and take meeting notes. However, we were able to use Miro to effectively brainstorm and keep each other engaged on the new ideas that each one of us have to bring to the table.

Miro is much more modern and really allows users to be more creative. It provides a more real-time level of engagement. It is easier to use and has a simple user interface, allowing users to easily learn how to use it very quickly. It allows users to collaborate together more easily.

Miro is suited for when a team needs to collaborate in real-time by brainstorming ideas. It helps the team to get their ideas going and members are able to bounce off each other's ideas. Also, it helps to keep all notes in one place such as important reminders that pop up in someone's head.
