Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's used across functions to drive Kaizens, workshops, collaborative team events.
  • Help to Co-edit seamlessly all artifacts required for team events.
  • A very comprehensive set of features (post-its, frames, ability to copy past URLs, images ... better than anything in a physical environment!)
  • Additional features: timer, voting features.
  • The access rights: what can be shared across OpCos in the same corporation (Danaher) are a real pain ... too difficult to navigate permissions.
  • would like embedded features to do easy process mapping - current shapes do not enable this well enough.
  • A better way to help the team navigate a board (coordinates - say I want to see X > press X and this takes you to the right section of the board, a bit like the map in a shopping mall: here is where you are, you want to get there, let us help you).
  • This was not measured but w/o it, we have would not have managed to keep going in a virtual/Covid environment.

At exception of the permission sharing... those rights/permission are a total pain.
Massively as already explained.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

No

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

More features, much more versatile and seamless.
Well suited for anything collaborative (Kaizen events, ...etc...) far superior to post-its on a physical wall. Less well suited when having to edit Excel files... would be great to have the ability to edit a table in Miro, just press a button and this creates a CSV/XLs file w/o having to copy-paste anything.
