Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is currently being used by our team within the HR department to facilitate discussions and brainstorming sessions. Sometimes, we also use this tool together with our stakeholders before putting together the outcome of the work done onto a slide deck. It is a great tool to gather raw ideas which we would then turn into a material that could be presented back to the working team. We've received feedback that it was nice to see the results of the work we've done.
Pros
- Providing tips and webinars.
- Customer service oriented.
- Easy to use tool.
Cons
- More personal contact with users.
- Bring in new features.
- Improved productivity.
- Facilitated organized sessions resulting to winning time.
- Real output converted to results immediately.
I have used other tools similar to Miro (e.g. MS Whiteboard, Mural, etc.), but in comparison, Miro has been the easiest to use and the look and feel is better than the rest of the tools I've tried. It has all the online tools we need just like if we were working face-to-face.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly) and Visual Team Workspace - Whiteboard for Confluence
Miro is easier to use. It has a nicer look and feel, which is more modern and intuitive. There are templates that you could already choose from. There are webinars provided to users to walk them through how to use Miro.
