Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I'm using Miro to plan workshops and coordinate activities with different groups of students. I found it extremely flexible, easy to use without explanation, and effective to improve collaboration and visualize the concept. I proposed this tool to the organization during last year's pandemic and it makes really easy to create a "group experience", working on a design project. We use it in class for brainstorming, selecting ideas, developing concepts, moving from paper to screen thanks to easily being able to update pictures and videos.

Pros

  • Brainstorming.
  • User journey and service blueprints.
  • Mood boards.

Cons

  • Download format.
  • More simple templates.
  • Team management.
  • Increased concept clarity.
  • Easy communication.
  • Increased lateral thinking.
Tables functionality could be [improved], with some basic excel-like functionalities.
I didn't have direct experience on this topic.
A lot. it would be impossible to do an online workshop and develop design projects with my student without it.
