Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At my school, Miro has been used in a number of capacities, but mainly, it was introduced after the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic to assist in the design research process for students, giving them a virtual whiteboard to connect, share ideas, collaborate, and ultimately find meaning in the world around us.
  • Multiple Edits at the same time.
  • Visually appealing.
  • Easy to share link.
  • It is kind of hard to find boards that you need, the process should be streamlined.
  • The accessibility between different platforms, such as Mac vs. iPad is not consistent.
  • It can take a long time to set up the board so more common templates would be nice.
  • Increased collaboration.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Virtual Connections facilitated.
It was a seamless transition honestly.
It was not hard to implement the system because it is so straightforward, user-friendly, and intuitive but requires great shared buy-in among potential users.
It has definitely increased our ability to collaborate on projects given already existing time constraints, especially in an increasingly digital world where people are ever more likely to request Zoom or Skype meetings for which this is extremely compatible. In short, the platform is helpful for inspiring collaboration.

It is very well suited for collaboration among peers especially following the COVID-19 pandemic, it is helpful in saving time for collaboration. It is extremely helpful in the design field, which I use it In, not only for our analysis but for assisting in virtual ethnographic interviews that require a high degree of interactiveness and collaboration.
