Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Mostly it is being used for lean process and value stream map workouts.
  • A big white board with all the space you want to jug and brainstorm all your ideas.
  • Good graphical representation of shapes, arrows, charts and a variety of fonts.
  • Voting system makes working in groups a lot easier.
  • User friendly and easy to access and work around.
  • Export pdf and jpegs can be clearer in the free version.
  • A better understanding of how processes work with all attributes and people involved.
  • Easy to find gaps in a graphical manner.
  • Executives don't like it so much and prefer PowerPoint since it's a bit messy.
I suggest to be able to export work done in ppt format, that would help a lot.
People are not used to it that much and it's very hard to promote it.

Miro is more user-friendly and is light on computer hardware.
Miro is great for remote collaboration among peers and teams. Miro is not very good for presentation purposes.
