Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro across our business, it is great for our remote only environment as it allows us to whiteboard together with our teams and visualise projects better. It also helps us run interactive workshops where diverse groups of people can all work together on a problem space. It's an intuitive tool that doesn't need extra training for anyone to use.

  • sometimes when using it in a big group people can accidentally grab the same items and that can cause confusion
  • it would be great to plug it into Spotify so you can play calm music whilst people are thinking and adding their points during a whiteboarding session

Miro is great for any remote whiteboarding sessions with teams, such as retro's or planning sessions or bigger workshops where input from diverse groups is needed. It is also useful for remote interviews where the candidate can whiteboard and share their thought progress easily. It is difficult to use when you're trying to insert a table, so probably not quite the right tool for that (yet)
