Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Mostly we use Miro for: 1. Brainstorming 2. SWAT analysis 3. Large groups meetings. In particular, I think Miro is particularly helpful for me as a sketchboard to use to organise and hare my team strategy. I also like to use it at large meetings, assigning participants to multiple boards and crating subteams.
- Templates - I love them.
- Brain storming.
- Gathering ideas to define strategies.
- Note taking.
- A "social network" type of template (for example, to identify communication processes amongst teams.
- I would like a team avatar (e.g. a small picture) to use as a speaker to assign business cards or work on team structure.
- Integration with other software (e.g. seeing directly in Miro PowerPoint slides, YouTube videos, and Excel sheets).
- Improved team meetings.
- Gave voice to ideas that could be unheard.
- Improve diversity.
As previously said, Miro mostly gave more space to people at any level of the organization to contribute to the decision making process.
