Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Mostly we use Miro for: 1. Brainstorming 2. SWAT analysis 3. Large groups meetings. In particular, I think Miro is particularly helpful for me as a sketchboard to use to organise and hare my team strategy. I also like to use it at large meetings, assigning participants to multiple boards and crating subteams.
  • Templates - I love them.
  • Brain storming.
  • Gathering ideas to define strategies.
  • Note taking.
  • A "social network" type of template (for example, to identify communication processes amongst teams.
  • I would like a team avatar (e.g. a small picture) to use as a speaker to assign business cards or work on team structure.
  • Integration with other software (e.g. seeing directly in Miro PowerPoint slides, YouTube videos, and Excel sheets).
  • Improved team meetings.
  • Gave voice to ideas that could be unheard.
  • Improve diversity.
As I was saying previously, I think it would be great more interaction with other software. Also, it could be nice to make templates "open source", so that the number would dramatically improve in the future (I am not sure if it is already the case). people could download free Miro packages on top of the existing basic functionalities.
I gave a neutral rating, as I do not have experience with Miro integration.
As previously said, Miro mostly gave more space to people at any level of the organization to contribute to the decision making process.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Asana is more a project management tool than a creativity booster, but I felt that while Asana takes more time than it saves, Miro is really great for taking creative notes and really help to do it in a quick and efficient way
Well suited if you like creative note-taking and group brainstorming. Less appropriate if you want to keep things more traditional. I also think the project manager needs to b creative and not lazy, or they will risk adapting their decisional processes to the templates, rather than the other way around.

Using Miro

Took literally 5 minutes of self-exploration to understand how to use it.
