Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used across the whole organization, but specially by the UX/UI Team, to showcase insights from user research (interviews, tests,...). We additionally use it as well to make roadmaps, a little bit of benchmarking and overall, starting to bring down the ideas in the Discovery phase. It helps us have everything united in one tool, easy access, autosaving and always updated.

Pros

  • The bunk post-it feature
  • The structure of the Diagrams (you make space for the following branch and justify)
  • The zoom in and zoom out to a close-to pixel quality

Cons

  • Allowing users to have over 3 boards for free
  • Allowing users to copy and paste items from their "locked" boards when free
  • The "lock" feature that you need to press for a while is not intuitive
  • Improved communication
  • Improved data visualization
  • Improved knowledge sharing
I don't understand what you mean by "implementation of Miro".
It is very easy to integrate with other platforms from Miro and towards Miro.
It helps us communicate better, share new ideas, give an opinion at the same time and stay always updated.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

What I love best about Miro is its intuitiveness and the diagram feature. Really, they don't have something so perfect as yours.
Miro is wonderful for any kind of target that is young, dynamic and wants to have any kind of knowledge seen and shared with other people automatically. It helps a lot to do team planning, diagrams, insights, user research and other UX dynamics. It could be less appropriate if you are looking to build a project repository with all kinds of files and technical specs.
