Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used by our employees to organize our team meetings and for the overview of safety, production, quality, and upcoming work. Miro is used across the whole organization, together with Trello. The problem is that you need a bit of knowledge to use Miro but after a few tries, it's easy to handle.

  • Some better descriptions.

  • Hard to understand for older people.

Some don't understand English or how to work with it.
As I said, it helps organize or to unite teams in multiple locations.

Miro is more understandable for some people and easier to handle.
Like I said, to create overviews about for example safety or quality. It's perfectly made for brainstorming in bigger groups to communicate with other departments or for exchange. It's hard to understand how some tools work and to understand (especially for Germans who are not as good with English as other people). It's also hard for older people which are not that good with computers.
