Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by the technology and operations part of the organization. With the onset of remote work, Miro has been vital in planning and collaborative activities. It has also been great for individual use for organizing thoughts for larger projects and then being to share and present that knowledge in an effective way. It is a surprisingly effective presentation tool that allows the presenter to move past the mundane PowerPoint decks.
  • Quick and Easy Mapping tools
  • Ability to move text and images from other applications into Miro
  • Ease of movement through a board ie. zooms, slides etc
  • Availability of a desktop app
  • Difficult to copy images out of Miro into other apps like chats or PP
  • Improved communication
  • Improved collaboration
  • Professional looking Idea Maps
Easy to use. It provides great value to our team and all other teams we collaborate with.
It would nice to be able to create a map and be able to copy that into a chat or powerpoint.
Easy to create collaborative spaces as we can share thoughts in real-time while also being able to return over time. Every team that has used Miro has been a successful collaborative work bringing in thoughts from multiple perspectives. Normally, some ideas would be missed in a talk out-loud session that is better captured in a silent written collaborative session.

Miro is the perfect tool for summarizing complex ideas into illustrative maps. It is also great for presenting these ideas. It is also the perfect tool for collaborative work in a remote environment. It is not the best for a lot of free text. You can use sticky notes for it but that can get messy.
