Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used by the whole organisation. It helps us to interact well, collect each individual thoughts in large groups especially for Work from home. It has definitely helped break barriers and been a platform where all thoughts are brought together.
  • Provides platform to work together
  • Helps in presentations where multiple people are involved
  • Gathering inputs
  • Multiuser platform
  • Ease of use
  • Shortcuts keys introduction
  • Quick working tips
  • Moving across Miro is difficult
  • Improved productivity
  • Helps in breaking barriers
  • Useful when team members are based out of various geographical locations
It is a user-friendly board. Consecutively multiple people can use, pick each topic and discuss and get on action points. These results are always there, so we can go back and check the board if we miss any details in the future. It has helped our organisation after an overall organisational change, to get people closer
The ease of integration is not very great. Miro is independent and has not seen it being integrated with Confluence or Jira. So it makes it difficult to gather these outside of Miro as it is a lot of manual work that goes into it. It’s difficult to reach a particular location, we could follow but with the overview, it sometimes doesn’t take us to the right place.
Yes. As already mentioned Miro was implemented in our company after a huge organisational change and when the entire organisation was doing WOrk from home. During this situation, Miro was the best to get the team closer, gather objectives, offer a platform to talk about differences and ways to overcome them. It has been of great value in our company

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro offers to collectively work together with all the colleagues, the other software’s don’t. To collect every individual opinion and to address it either in a team or consider whether it needs to be taken up with someone else, has really helped. Our teams are much more in line due to this.
For initiating a large-scale discussion and collecting various inputs/feedback, Miro works the best poll type queries and more functionality can be added.
