Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently, Miro is being used by the entire Novartis Organization across the world, it helps us to improve collaborations within the virtual mode.

Pros

  • You can take advantage of all the space available in the boards, zoom in and zoom out for a better understanding of information.
  • The templates included are really helpful, not only in format but also in content, since it gives more clarity of how you can handle specific activities or tasks.
  • Adding rows or columns within a table is very easy, you can also rearrange the positions by dragging them.
  • Ability to keep your several boards stored and ready for you.

Cons

  • Recently I've faced several issues with their Icon finder option, in some cases, it's not possible to see the icons and it's really frustrating.
  • The voting option can also be improved since occasionally brings some issues to the table in our team where not all the members involved in a certain board are able to vote.
  • It would be really helpful to include an option where you can add easily several colleagues within your organization in order to share your boards, currently is something mainly manual.
  • Eased the process of knowing which activities are being executed within a team by its KANBAN template.
  • Improved the quality of casual presentations where information can be shown in a better way.
When Miro was introduced to Novartis it was a very innovative tool, suddenly certain things started to fail and this caused some people in the organization to stop using it.
It's a very nice tool that has several options such as useful templates for specific activities, frames for presentations, vote options, and integration with other apps was well.
Eased the process of team buildings and ice breakers.
