Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a replacement for a workshop that would have happened live in the past. It is a way to brainstorm and capture employees' ideas and suggestions. We use it to address big picture issues, long-legged processes, and other procedures that involve more than one team. It allows us to put down on the screen large maps and workflows.
- Large process display.
- Interactive way to engage staff.
- Bring fun in virtual environment.
- Sometime hard to engage with when new to it.
- Tutorial could be improved.
- Project completion.
- Staff engagement.
It has allowed us to connect people working from home, from different teams to work together on various projects.
