Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allows meeting organizers to facilitate online workshops that are engaging to other participants. It allows to work simultaneously and in real-time on ideas and concepts by multiple users without any issues. The user interface is easy to use and robust. Miro is a great tool supporting remote work and collaboration between colleagues.

  • Reduce time spend on tasks at hand.
Miro is a well-suited tool to work with during pandemic times. It is widely used in my organization thanks to great implementation.
It has good integration with Azure DevOps.
Miro helps with jumpstarting new ideas by people whom otherwise would not speak up during meetings, either because of a lack of time to hear from everyone or just being a shy person. Planning next PI's would not be possible without Miro in a remote environment.

Miro allows scrum masters to facilitate retros and PI plannings. It helps to discuss and plan the scope of upcoming features development. It helps to organize workshops that are engaging to participating users. Miro is less suited for "solo" work.
