Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are started to use Miro during our agile transformation. It is a very useful tool for collaboration especially now we have all remote teams. We are having our retrospective, story mapping events, and all other brainstorming events. I personally used it during training sessions to define the working agreements, workflow definition, etc. You can also have some fun working in Miro, playing Agile games like Kanban Pizza, Penny game, etc.

It is best if you collaborate in an online meeting and want to brainstorm on something. Also, you can use it in interactive training to involve the participants in the training. It is not that useful if you continuously work on a workflow or something. Kanban boards are better in those situations.
