Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Using Miro as a tool for collaborating with colleagues, workshops, design jams, etc. It's a fantastic tool, particularly in the remote working world.
  • The ability to create workflows.
  • You no longer need to all meet in a room, you can do it right through the online functionality.
  • Helps to do sprint retro for distributed team.
  • Sometimes due to the large number attendee the web application is crashing.
  • Sometimes the board has some lags.
  • So many emails, from the board I've added there a while ago, sometimes sound like spam emails.
  • In the remote working it reduced project completion time.
  • In the remote working it reduced project complexity in the design area.
  • In the remote working it reduced project complexity in the planning area.
I think the lagging is something Miro's team should look into.
We are not using Miro as an integrated tool in our company, therefore I have no idea in this area.
It reduced the complexity of the project in the planning and design sessions.

Miro is a more interactive tool than those I mentioned above that's why it's very useful in remote working.
Fantastic whiteboarding tool for companies needing support during the remote work requirement. Miro is a cool tool but it depends on the size of the project, and its pricing is something you should think about it before starting to use it.
