Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently using Miro to map out different processes within our Customer Support team and well as using it for team connectivity events to better get to know people across our department and the different skills they have. It addresses the business problems around our support functionality for customers and how we can better improve the process.

  • Functionality when first learning to use Miro.

I don't have any key insights into the implementation of Miro.
It took a little bit to understand the functionality of Miro but once worked on it a couple of times our teams started to get the hang of it.
Miro has been great for our teams to have one space to collaborate and share ideas.
