Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use the product to collaborate as a team on various topics. We use it for things like brainstorming, mapping outflows, affinity diagrams, etc. It addresses our need to collaborate in real-time and offline with ideas and tasks that require input and collaboration from multiple contributors and observers.
  • Flow Diagrams
  • Collaborative brainstorming
  • Idea documentation
  • More relevant templates to our industry.
  • Improved collaboration in the new pandemic, virtual environment.
Difficult to attach to our design tools in a helpful way.
It has greatly increased our ease of ideation when designing.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro was already chosen but our team also uses FigJam's beta version and sometimes InVision. They are all similar but FigJam offers direct integration w/ Figma, which is one tool we use to design and hand off the designs to our development team.
Overall, Miro is a great collaborative and documenting tool. As with any product, there is always room for improvement through iterating.
