Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used by our software, design, and content team. We follow up on 3 boards we created for these 3 different teams. The positive experiences of the teams with Miro enabled the participation of other teams. We started using Miro with our software team, but our design and content team also joined us. With the participation of our teams, the free package was not enough for us. We are currently in contact with Miro. As NGO, we have made an application to benefit free of charge.
- Product Management-Web&Mobil Event Storming.
- Content Management-Prepare Social Media Post and follow-up revise process.
- Team Management- Use Miro's Templates for team management and organization.
- It should also develop its app integration with Zoom for different webinar platforms.
- Giving more board usage rights for the free package can improve our experience. It should also grant completely free usage rights for NGOs as Canva implements.
- It can improve on-boarding steps, everything can seem very confusing when you join for the first time.
- It increased our productivity and brought ease to planning projects in the dream room.
- A great time saver as it's a page where teams can work together.
- In the prototyping step, the templates and working options sometimes do not solve our problems. I can still say it's getting better day by day.
Since we manage 90% of our meetings online, we cannot meet physically with our potential partners. Miro has become a common page that we can use with our partners in the online world. In this way, we plan our relationships and projects more easily.

- Figma, Notion and Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft)
Compared to Notion and Jira, I can say that Miro is a more creative product. Miro is a world where we can fill it with all the templates we want, like a blank sheet of paper. However, it was difficult to choose between Figma and. The most important reason we chose Miro was the UI. Since Figma was developed for a design process, it gives us the same practical solutions as FigJam did not provide.
