We use Miro basically for two purposes, workshops with external clients and also for internal collaboration for brainstorming sessions.

Pros

Allows a multi user collaboration environment to share ideas.
It suggests nice templates for various needs.
Easy to use tools.

Cons

The Presentation option could be better.

It is an excellent tool for a remote collaborative environment. I am working in a global company with almost no physicals offices and most of the work is done remotely between teammates and clients. Instead of being in a closed-door office room with a whiteboard, you can use the virtual whiteboard and everyone with having a voice.

It is perfect in a collaborative scenario, where you need multi-users to share their ideas. Also, there are a lot of template options for different schemes and use cases. If you want to create a flow chart in solo mode, there are better tools. For presentations, it is better to download the image and present it.
