Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across our organization, mainly in Latin America, for many things, such as product development and management, training, and personal and meeting notes. Also, it is used a lot of times to conduct a group activity that requires simultaneous visualization and live changing updates for a document or any sort of material.
  • Organize your material
  • Show others what you're doing
  • Collaborative work
  • Accidentally moving objects can get a little annoying.
  • Improved individual productivity due to better organization.
We had a slight issue with the account permissions during the implementation, but it was mostly a problem with the company's policy on our end. After that was solved, and once we gave the right permissions to everyone within our business plan, the product was available for usage and satisfied our demands.
I haven't used Miro's integration features yet because it's against company policy, but they look really promising and have the main tools for my kind of work: Azure, Google, Zoom, Slack, Figma, and so on. Excited to be able to have my routine facilitated by these "shortcuts" in the near future.
We use Miro's whiteboard to develop the Design Thinking process, interview other coworkers, and show our progress and prototypes. It has really made sharing information about new and ongoing projects easier. Besides, doing a group activity during a meeting has become really easy when everyone can see and interact at the same time, with live updates.

If you want to do collaborative work during a meeting, there is no better solution than Miro. Plus, you can organize your thoughts in an easy and visual way, making your ideas come to life while being able to share them with other users, coworkers, or guests from your organization.

Using Miro

  • Product development.
  • Sharing information about projects.
  • Simultaneous group work.
  • Giving positive feedback to coworkers during a meeting.
  • Editing images.
  • Making presentations.
  • Using it for prototyping sessions.
The tool satisfies pretty much every demand we have, and we are building a lot of material in our Miro accounts, which means that if the company decides to not renew our license, we will lose all that has been done until now. The dependency doesn't bother me though, because Miro is very good.
