Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We have been using Miro within our team to better collaborate virtually during the pandemic. Miro facilitates better communication during work discussions and even virtual team bonding sessions as there are many features/templates that we can apply accordingly (e.g. dot voting, quick retrospective, mind map, ice breaker, etc). These templates allow even the quietest member of your group to participate. Miro is an example of a collaborative tool that companies in 2021 need in order to sail through this digital era.
  • Facilitate better communication and participation.
  • Can be used in various types of discussion/events (work discussion, ice-breaking session).
  • User friendly and vibrant interface.
  • Since the size of the board is infinite, navigating through the board can be a bit challenging.
  • Miro is versatile and offers a variety of templates for different events so you don't need to subscribe to other collaborative tools.
- Vibrant interface & user friendly - Variety of templates to choose from - Good security
- Variety of templates for different purposes; for example, the Project & Team Charter template really helps to summarize what roles and tasks that each individual/team needs to carry out - The reflection templates and voting template help facilitate full participation from the whole team, even the quietest ones.

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro can be used in different types of discussion/events, be it virtual team bonding sessions or work discussions, there are templates that you can use for each event. These templates facilitate better documentation and participation during the discussion. The scenarios where it'd be less effective probably would be when there are numbers or charts that you want to elaborate on and manipulate in real-time during your presentation.
