Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used all across Philips by all departments. It is very handy and user-friendly especially nowadays in COVID when traveling is not allowed. We are able to collaborate as if we were in the same room using a whiteboard and sticky notes. Now after the meeting everything stays saved what all participants were writing, so no need to take photos after the meeting.
  • Sticky notes in different colors.
  • Everything is saved automatically after the meeting (no photos necessary).
  • Easy to zoom in and out.
  • Timer is very handy.
  • it is easy to get lost by mistake if you zoom in/out. So one button - like take me to the discussion would be handy.
  • No travel costs.
  • More flexibility in scheduling since it is online.
  • No lost time in traveling to another country.
  • No jetlag.
Everything was rolled out quickly and easily. No special training is needed. Maybe just like 10 min video and you are ready to work with Miro.
It is very easy to work with Miro and to integrate it in everyday practice.
Amazing. Like I said very easy to use, no travel costs, no lost time in traveling to another country, no jetlag, etc. It is a lot easier to collaborate since we are all meeting online.

Miro is well suited in all situations especially nowadays in COVID. Of course, it is not a replacement for face-to-face meetings, but if you need to have several meetings during the year and the team is located globally, this is definitely the right tool and platform.
