An ideal tool for starting projects.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro used across multiple Engineering teams as a great tool for collaborative ideation and brainstorming. It is often used for scrum ceremonies such as retrospectives and planning. Its multi-user approach enables many people to work on the same board at a single time. Often we have each member of the team think of some items to put on virtual sticky notes and then we group them into categories to vote on action items or issues to address from the previous sprint iteration.
Pros
- Users editing simultaneously
- Easy integration with existing accounts (Outlook, Google, etc.)
- Brainstorming ideas individually or as a group
Cons
- Default settings such as font size is quite small.
- Quick access to most commonly used features.
- Great for group activities to get team on the same page.
Teams are spread out across wide distances. Miro is great for collaborating as a group for sprint retrospectives and brainstorming at the onset of projects.

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?

Miro is great for the earlier phases of projects, and for virtual group activities. It does this very well, but if you're looking for an all in one UI/UX tool for the entire design process you might look elsewhere.
