Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across Philips as a whiteboard and productivity tool to boost creativity and collaboration. After the Covid-19 pandemic, Philips adapted a hybrid way of working so, virtual collaboration and workshops gained momentum and for these kinds of events, Miro is an excellent tool to collaborate, share ideas and work as a team together with people from different geographies.

I believe Miro is a well-implemented tool, however, there is always room for improvement. The initial set-up can be a bit more simplified and more options can be added to embed different kinds of files to the whiteboard. Also, navigation throughout the whiteboard could be simplified a bit more.
Miro can be easily integrated into our current way of working. The whiteboards can be exported and can be used in different programs, flows to enhance the way of working. For instance, you can enhance your PowerPoint presentations by using whiteboards made in Miro.
Miro has made our organization`s collaboration really easy and effective especially during the new normal hybrid way of working. Colleagues from all around the world can join workshops, idea generation sessions and give their feedback via Miro easily and efficiently. This really increases productivity and efficiency throughout the organization.

Miro is a perfect tool for whiteboarding and for workshops and brainstorming. It is a well-thought tool for idea generation, concept visualization, brainstorming, thinking out of the box. You can easily share your boards with your teams and ask them to contribute regardless of where they are situated. Team members can update the boards in real-time.
