Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for basically anything. It's useful to do brainstorming (and we do that a lot) and share our opinion on different topics during lessons. Once the students learn how to use it during the course, they start to love it and use it also for personal and group projects because it's also very fun. One of the best features for us is that you can very easily add images and direct links to websites. One thing that could be useful is to add the option to talk with the computer microphone directly on the website because right now you can do it just with the help of another online service. The chat is useful but less effective than a talk in certain cases. I can't find anything else to say because Miro is just perfect for its purpose.
  • Brainstorming
  • Collecting research data
  • Creating mind maps
  • Organizing elements
  • Chat
  • Note section is not well known and promoted by the website.
  • Templates could be used more but the research for the right one is a bit boring.
  • Improved sharing of everyone's opinion.
  • Improved organisation in the group work.
  • Quicker way to exchange ideas.
  • Improved overall productivity.
  • Changes to better your way of working.
The reactions are very funny. As I said, it could be useful to add a microphone directly to the website because it would make communication easier.
There's often some new feature on the website and it's very nice that the Miro team cares to always implement something new and fun to use. Every time there's a new feature it's well explained, but it's a bit hard to start to use it. Once you do it though, you never stop.
During the lockdown, it was the best way to communicate. And now that we have come back in person, we continue to use it because it's a stable habit that I don't think will change between its users. Now it's not necessary to waste a lot of time to do brainstorming or research because everyone can do it when they want and how they want, from every part of the country.

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's perfect for design students and employers because you can collect data, images, and ideas and the best part is that everyone can collaborate simultaneously. It's also good for marketing research and data because you can also create charts super quickly. It is maybe not appropriate for older people because it is easier to learn for the digitally savvy people; it's very intuitive, but maybe not for everyone. But you can always learn how to use it and once you do, you'll never go back.
