Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used for brainstorming different ideas before starting the work on the product. Safety-related tasks are brainstormed and then performed.

Pros

  • Use of multiple boards for different concepts.
  • Collaboration with different members.
  • Adding images to the boards/ creating new diagrams.

Cons

  • UI could be more user friendly.
  • Sharing access with multiple team members.
  • Saving boards separately rather than in one single board.
  • Improved productivity
  • Better communication
  • Platform for brainstorming ideas and ease of creating diagrams.
Miro was very easy to understand and utilise in the overall working process for different kinds of tasks.
Our team consists of members joining calls from different parts of the world,i.e, different time zones. With Miro, they have the freedom to chip in their ideas and work on a task despite the other member being absent.

Miro was the only tool available.
