Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I lead a Kaizen event for our commercial organization and Miro is a useful way of documenting all the activity throughout the event and keeping everyone involved. Access is granted to all individuals and they can check online, enter comments, edit data, and process maps as needed. Our Kaizen events are needed to solve the significant challenges on our forecasting capabilities that directly impact our ability to maintain a healthy backlog.
  • Zoom in/out
  • Process map
  • Integrate various type of data sources
  • Access rights... I had to request them many times. This might be our own learning curve.
  • Font size adjustment to zoom level
  • Integration with other tools... Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved forecasting capabilities
I was not involved in the implementation.
[I] can't make it work seamlessly with [Microsoft] Visio or [Microsoft] Excel.
We avoided a large workshop of 10 individuals traveling from all over the world to one single location. Huge cost savings for the company along with time saved to work on other projects and have a better work/life balance for employees.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

Well suited for qualitative-like slides. Less appropriate for vast integration needed with other tools.
