Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaborative sessions (internal, external), brainstorming, ideas, workshops.

Pros

  • Visualization.
  • Facilitating collaboration.
  • Templates.

Cons

  • Polls (it was buggy and it was super slow).
  • Improve participation on workshops.
Not sure what I'm rating.
The entire organization is working mainly remotely right now. It helps connect with customers and colleagues all over the world.
