Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it just like a whiteboard or as a tool to display information when something like PowerPoint wouldn't make sense. This is needed since we are all virtual - there wasn't really a good reason to use the Miro product before going virtual. Some nice benefits are how many users can touch it at the same time and work in the same space.

Pros

  • Whiteboard
  • Multi-user
  • Customizable

Cons

  • Too many emails
  • Can be hard to add guests
  • Sometimes SSO doesn't work
  • Pretty neutral, it's a tool like any other.
  • Sometimes it's good for showing information.
  • Sometimes it's hard to use.
SSO is really hard to understand with Miro. Should I use a Microsoft account? A google account? How do I log into this with my company credentials? The other thing is the emails - there are so many of them! I don't want to hear from Miro, I don't want to get daily notifications that someone shared something with me. If they want me to open it, they'll reach out to me.
I don't really understand what "integration" means. Does it mean signing on? We didn't like integrating it into our software it's definitely not critical by any means. I have no idea how my company started using it or what they did to connect it with our other systems. I gave it a 1 because the question doesn't make sense.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

I did not select Miro I was not at all involved in the process. If I have to decide on a tool to use I will decide based on how big of a space I need and to who I'm presenting to. Miro is used when a whiteboard would be appropriate. Otherwise, I won't use it.
