Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Use it for whiteboarding customer sessions it involves drawing diagrams to help customers understand their infrastructure and how it would look like on the AWS cloud. It resembles a sort of presentation that helps them understand the flow of what to expect when moving onto the cloud. Use cases are for diagramming.
  • Diagramming.
  • Very highly available.
  • East of collaboration in real time.
  • Ability to import latest icons for infrastructure services.
  • Ability to focus on creating flows and minimise distraction from other users.
  • Make the process of drawing out arrows more natural.
  • Customers feel heard.
  • Very effective at collaborating.
I feel that the Miro is designed to easily get input from many people it should be more friendly in terms of drawing and making. The hand-drawn arrows automatically change to an actual arrow so as to look professional yet provide the flexibility that comes with drawing things out.
I noticed that there are quite a lot of applications that can be used in tandem with Miro so I do not think that integration is a key issue.
I think he can help to improve remote work very well because my team works remotely and we work through Miro and it does serve the purpose of collaboration virtually. However, I think that there has to be more features like video call that could make it more of a complete experience.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is most appropriate when the structure of the discussion is not fixed. As opposed to a PowerPoint presentation, the Miro board presentation is more flexible and allows you to go into the meeting without a predetermined structure. We can explore different ideas more collaboratively as well and it gathers customer feedback much better than through PowerPoint.
