Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used Miro primarily as a whiteboarding tool. This is where we brainstormed initial ideas with sticky notes and created our wireframes.
  • Easy to use.
  • Multiple Tools.
  • Fast performance.
  • Fun elements.
  • Presets for activities.
  • More design-like elements.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved collaboration.
The implementation of Miro is fairly solid. I feel that it has any features a user might want. It functionally works well and is easy to figure out and use.
Miro is extremely easy to learn to use and we had no problem introducing it to new employees.
All of our workers were remote, so using Miro made it easy to collaborate despite being in different areas and time zones.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Although I do like Miro, I prefer FigJam. Since I already use Figma, the transition is smoother since it's easier to not have to use another tool. I also like that FigJam has presets for team activities and fun elements like stickers.
Miro works well for the initial stages of a product, it loses appeal once you need to actually create designs. This is where I would switch to a tool like Figma. It works well for rapid ideation, and early ideas, but after that it is less appropriate, these are my thoughts.
