Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for workshops with my clients. Miro's UX is perfect for creating personas and creating customer journey maps with a high degree of flexibility and editing. What I would like to see in Miro in the future is better integration with ppt and excel. I think it will be even better if objects can be linked more freely. (Also, a little more Japanese support would be nice.)
  • When doing a workshop with a client.
  • When brainstorming with team members.
  • Connectivity with Power Point or excel.
  • Support in Japanese.
  • Received three consulting projects through workshops using Miro.
Applications to superiors should go through smoothly.
Easy to integrate with team members, but difficult to integrate with other tools.
It helps me to materialize ideas and communicate non-verbally.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for coming up with solutions and ideas to problems that are difficult to verbalize. Since you can freely expand objects in two dimensions, you can organize things in an infinite space. On the other hand, Miro is somewhat unsuitable for presentations. On the one hand, it lacks the ability to organize information in a neat and tidy manner. On the other hand, Miro is a bit unsuitable for presentations because it does not have the ability to organize information quickly and neatly, nor does it have the ability to create pages as well as PowerPoint.
