Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro during my teaching session. It allows me to use it as a whiteboard. I especially love the synergy with the iPad app where I can use the apple pencil. Also, students can look at the note after the class and I can go back to previous notes to make the connection between different lectures.
  • Live update of the whiteboard.
  • Persistent memory.
  • Simple to share with others.
  • PDF integration, I would like to add PDF and annotate them page per page.
  • Way better than the solution built in by the university.
Except for the PDF integration, it's very good It's very easy to get used to it and works well.
Can be used in a browser and there is an app for iPad All good for me!
To give one specific example, during an online meeting discussing one specific tree algorithm, we had difficulty communicating how the algorithm works We went to Miro and described the algorithm using a Whiteboard and in less than 5 minutes everyone got it.

The whiteboard of Moodle is not very good, a lot of synchronization problems, and once the Moodle meeting is closed, the whiteboard was deleted.
Teaching is the main use case where Miro can shine, it's a very powerful tool I used it also during meetings where it can help to share and describe ideas with colleagues.
