Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use MIRO during weekly team meetings to facilitate collaboration between teams members remotely. Due to the fact, MIRO is the life we can all update as the meeting progresses. Also used for problem-solving activities i.e. RCAs, GEMBAs. Once again it is very useful being live to allow everyone to collaborate in real-time.

The roll out was a little clunky. We were provided access prior to any training. But once we were run through how to use MIRO everything went smoothly.
Very easy to update MIRO boards using data from other applications like, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, Microsoft power point etc.

Miro is well suited to problem-solving activities like RCA's. We use MIRO often for problem-solving activities as it allows everyone in the team to collaborate at once. We have an RCA board template set up that everyone can use. So it's much easier than starting fresh each time.
