Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for different remote calls to share visual knowledge and visualize the output. Most common actions, that required mire usually were: Knowledge Transfer sessions. Retrospectives Educational events Team building events etc. As a result of our work or events, we produce different tables, opinions, tasks, schedules, logos. Sometimes we use it just for fun
  • Retrospective tables
  • Action lists
  • Schedules
  • Roadmaps
  • UX: it is not that intuitive
  • SSO: some time it is easier login as Guest then valid user
  • Saving time on Business Trips for cases, when usual calls were not availible
  • Adding more visibility for cases, when that was not clear if everyone was on the same page. In this case literally
No insights. I used it as is and that it was much better the ordinary document sharing approach
Can't say I didn't integrate it much. Mostly used as "thing in itself".
I think it just does its job: The globally shared whiteboard.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is pretty fine worked for not many important things. We tried different ways and visualizations for making Retrospective meetings. Sharing opinions in a non-formal way. We had some issues when tried to make long lists of action points and schedules. There was probably a way to do it better, but it was not intuitive for organizers, so we just did "as is" with the most obvious tools
